- The dimensions of the Artwork file Must match the Bleed Size dimension specifications for the chosen product.
- Double sided prints Must be set up in two separate files.
Do not create both sides in a single artwork file.
- For best results, files should be saved in CMYK color format.
- For better image, files should be saved in CMYK color format.
- If your file bleeds, allow for a .25 inch cutting border around all edges containing
no text or important graphics.
- All files required to print to the edge of the paper Must include bleeds
- All transparencies Must be flattened
- All fonts Must be outlined or embeded
- All Solid black areas including black text should have the CMYK color combination of
C=40 M=30 Y=20 K=100
- Files sent to Happy Cow Printing should be saved in one of the acceptable file formats. (.jpg, .tif, .pdf)

.PDF file format - (Portable Document Format)
Use this file format for artwork files created in Quark XPress, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and other vector capable software applications. This file is useful for printing artwork files containing both vector artwork and raster images.
.TIF - (Tagged Image File)
Use this file format for artwork files created in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photopaint, Adobe Illustrator or any other software that is capable of creating a cmyk 300ppi image. This file is an excellent choice for individuals uncomfortable with setting .PDF pre-press options.
.JPG - (Joint Photographic Expert's Group Image)
Use this file format for artwork files created in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photopaint, Adobe Illustrator or any other software that is capable of creating a cmyk 300ppi image. This file is an excellent choice for individuals uncomfortable with setting .PDF pre-press options as well as file that have large dimensions.
